Description

The original acrylic painting on wood with my log house in the country and kids playing with Lucy the dog and me in the vegetable garden.

The hay bales and corn fields, quilts are hanging on the line and the painted mailbox and the gravel road where my son would skateboard and the school bus would come to pick up the children.

The window boxes and lace curtains and the back porch.

The art was created for a gallery exhibit that asked us to paint something that conveyed "HOME" and this is from my imagination. And memories that never fade.

Old fashioned never grows old inside your heart.
