Description
Grunge abstract red and black version of the Poppies, more of a modern art piece but still depicting peace and war, and love and abuse, strength, power and healing.
"Red Hope" rather than "Young Ones" as this seems to be aged more and turbulent and powerful and the red is dominant in a black and white scenario of strife and anguish.
The red is power and strength, love and hope, healing and survival.
The dark colors and grey and angry strikes representing the negative and survival.
The actual original watercolor is very small and delicate. This has been photographed and enhanced digitally through manipulation, brushes and filters to produce an alternative art in a large format .
Original art by Claire Bull.
