I have been doing these since the early 70s using pens, pencils, felt pens, markers on whatever paper I could find. Usually bristol board or vellum. This is now something people are actually "teaching". I was just doodling. So here is a doodle art. A little bit of my heart all tangled up for you. It is very "Zen" as they say and hopefully people are learning how to enjoy it. You will need glasses eventually - I now sometimes use a magnifying glass. Ouch. But can still enjoy it and who knew they would actually become so popular.

Wonderful art, Claire! And what a great style! I remember doodle art from way back when! You take it to a whole new level, though, my dear! L/F

F/L1 You're like my niece - ahead of your time:>) Zen Tangles were even something my Dad did for years and years - he called them doodles, too, and most of his were fish. You've created a lovely "tangle" here, Claire.
